DESIGN SERVICE

I am happy to introduce a design service to you. I am passionate about garden design and love working with clients to create a unique garden space that fulfills their needs. I can create a sensory, social and therapeutic garden for you and your family to enjoy.

The design journey can be broken down into three phases

THE CONSULT

This part of the design package is a "get to know you" process.  I visit your home and garden, get a feel for your design preferences and your aspirations for the space.  I measure up the space, taking note of orientation, topography, borrowed landscapes and existing special features.  I am passionate about reloved pieces and enjoy incorporating keepsakes with personal connections within my designs.  Talking with you is a big part of this process, it helps me to understand your lifestyle, your family dynamic and paves the way for us to work together to create an amazing garden for your enjoyment. Following the consultation I will work on a summary package of our discussion including a conceptual plan and mood board of plant and element suggestions.  

The cost of this service starts at €400

I also provide a virtual consultation if required.

THE DESIGN

Following our initial consultation I prepare a -

MASTER PLAN of the site including an overall depiction of the hard landscaping, special features and design details.

PLANTING PLAN incorporating the plant choices, species and colour palette.

DIMENSION PLAN detailing the overall footprint of the master plan with full measurements of details and elements.

COSTINGS on all materials, labour and elements.

This plan is personal to your garden and is your property on completion.

THE BUILD

I work with a skilled team of  landscapers, electricians, plumbers, stonemasons and nurseries to ensure we give you the best possible result.
